I am so excited to be part of the Fitness Junky team!
Being retired from my career with Pfizer Canada for 5 years now, I now have the opportunity to pursue my passion for fitness! I have been a fitness instructor for 15+ years teaching Yoga, Spin, Core, Barre, LIIT and HIIT.
My husband and I live on Lake Ontario in Port Darlington with our German Sheppard Lida. We have 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren who all live nearby in the Durham Region.
My philosophy of life is quite simple, keep your relationships, your mind and body in the best possible condition.
I look forward to meeting everyone!
