Slow it down and experience a mind body connection to your movements in Barre. This freestyle Barre class was designed by Stephanie and inspired SoulBody. An efficient 40 minute class consisting of 2 warm up tracks, plank/push up, upper body, lower body with bridge + core to complete your full body work. Relax in a fluid flexibility style cool down stretch.
You will need a weight bar and/or dumbbells of 3-5lbs, chair and mat.
