Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that is practiced by linking conscious breath with fluid movement. Everyone can benefit from yoga as it's an excellent way to unwind, lengthen muscles, and improve balance and strength in using your body weight. Roberta will get us started with the basic poses which will progress at your own pace and allow for options as you advance. Mind and body moving together rounding out your fitness goals to include exercises for the core.
