This SoulBody™ Barre class is a 45-minute format, mindfully intense Pre-Choreographed Barre class for an efficient and effective workout. SoulBody Barre shapes, tones, AND strengthens the body as it combines the principles of Pilates, yoga, dance, and traditional interval strength training with bursts of cardio. The format focuses on a ballet approach to working the lower body incorporating core Pilates. This class may include a high-back chair, installed ballet barre or weighted body bar. Light hand weights of 2-5lbs, and a rolled towel or inflatable Pilates ball for the muscular endurance benefits of barre.
