Re-centre your body and mind and stretch out those working muscles. This 40-minute format invites a fluid flow of movement with a focus on improving flexibility, extension, core strength, and balance. This gentle dance-influenced flexibility class encourages relaxation in motion set to contemporary and ambient music.

What you need:
  • Barefeet
  • Mat
  • Yoga Blocks (optional)
  • Thera Band (occasionally)
