This SoulBody™ Barre & YogaFit Fusion class is a 20/20-minute mindfully intense format giving you the best of both! 
SoulBody Barre shapes, tones, AND strengthens the body as it combines the principles of Pilates, yoga, dance, and traditional interval strength training with bursts of cardio.  This class has been adapted for our virtual home experience to incorporate a high back chair, light hand weights of 2-5lbs, and a rolled towel or inflatable Pilates ball.

Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that is practiced by linking conscious breath with fluid movement.  Everyone can benefit from yoga as it's an excellent way to unwind, lengthen muscles, and improve balance and strength in using your body weight.   Roberta will get us started with the basic poses which will progress at your own pace and allow for options as you advance.
