This is an opportunity to try something new! While I am away, you are invited to join the BEST YOU community lead by certified group fitness instructor and online health coach, Jenny Greensmith.
Enjoy a different class each day and get to know her community of fitness enthusiasts!
Classes are 30 minutes in length and offer a full body workout in a combination of cardiovascular and strength training. Modification are provided as all levels are welcome.
IMPORTANT NOTE* this class is hosted by BEST YOU and therefore your Zoom link will be sent MANUALLY by Stephanie the evening prior to class. Therefore you are encouraged to register by 9PM the evening prior to ensure you receive the appropriate zoom link.
You will need:
*Light to moderate dumbbell,
*Yoga mat
*Water
