Stretch, strengthen, and streamline your muscles with the use of looped and long thera bands.  This class is unique with a martial arts-inspired flavour!!!   Effective for improving the functional quality of your movement in a muscular endurance format, BandHEAT is a mindful multitude of full body strength and stretch exercises built from the foundation of core activation.  Barefoot mat class in which all fitness levels are welcome!
