This is not your traditional Pilates class!  Contemporary Pilates is everything that came after classical.  In essence, much is based on Joseph Pilates's foundational work, but there have been some changes.  More emphasis on sculpting and strength focused work.  You will find an incredible challenging  workout within this modern take on a classica idea.  Emphasis on core strength training and overall body conditioning.
