Over the course of a lifetime, you will spend 72 years asleep and 5 years dreaming.  Why do we spend so much time in an unconscious state?  Sure, sleep is good for you, but exactly happens when we are sleeping?  And do dreams mean anything?  In this presentation, Dr. Atkinson will discuss the research on sleep and dreaming, and provide some insight on how to get a better sleep.
